Islands are delivered with a basic setup, as in the pic above, and empty so you can create your own space, exactly the way you want it, in the virtual world

If you want to start with a pre-developed setup for your island, you can choose among the foll. setups for an extra L$5,000 (click on a setup to view info about it): Conference Center, Moonbase, Baronial Castle, Theatre

Please note that the Theatre setup is available only for Full Prim sims

• You can choose the name and location for your island

If you want your island at a location with no other islands around it, you only have to mention ‘Standalone’ on the island order form below

• You DO NOT need a Premium Second Life account for buying

• Residential as well as commercial use allowed

• The island is delivered to you WITHOUT covenant/ restrictions

• You have access to estate tools

For Homestead sims, you become an Estate Manager while for Full Prim sims, you become the Estate Owner

• You can appoint your own Estate Managers

• You have FULL control over ALL land settings

• You get FULL Terraform rights (+/- 100m)

• You can choose your own ground textures

• You can subdivide your island as you wish for your own personal use or for selling/ renting out parcels on it and collecting tier/ rental fees from your tenants

• You can set the maximum number of avatars allowed on your island

• You can limit access to the island and even make it private

• You can resell the island anytime and at any price

To order your island today, please pay 50% of the island price as deposit (L$17,500 for a Homestead sim order or L$24,000 for a Full Prim sim order, plus L$2,500 if you want one of the pre-developed setups) to Sirux Mahoney’s profile in-world (You can pay even if he is offline) and submit a completed island order form below. The remaining 50% is payable on delivery.

Delivery is normally within 24 hours from your order confirmation. For any further info, please IM Sirux Mahoney.Note: An island name 1) can consist of a maximum of 3 words, must be 4-25 characters long (spaces are counted) and must contain only alphanumeric characters (no punctuation allowed), 2) must not be the name of a real life city, 3) cannot include words like Second Life, SL, Linden, Linden Lab, etc., 4) must not violate any trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right, 5) must not be vulgar or offensive, 6) must not be already in use (you can use the map to see if a name is in use or not).
