The covenant states zoning and other rules applicable on a sim.
On most FANTASYLAND sims, the FANTASYLAND Covenant applies though on some FANTASYLAND sims where land is only rented out and not sold, the FANTASYLAND Rentals Covenant applies.
On certain FANTASYLAND sims, NO covenant is provided. Land on those sims is therefore sold without any rules and restrictions from us. Those sims are normally sold in FULL to a single resident.
The applicable covenant on a sim can be viewed under the Covenant tab of the ‘About Land’ window for any land parcel on the sim.
