If you have been an SL resident for quite some time, we are sure you have seen land prices dropping continuously since 2009 to a point where the vast majority of estates are now offering plots at zero or negligible upfront prices. With this state of the land market prevailing, in order to ensure that FANTASYLAND remains one of the topmost estates and maintains its expansion, we have decided to offer our plots for sale at ZERO UPFRONT PRICE. Henceforth, the price you will be paying while buying a plot will be your FIRST WEEK TIER PAYMENT for the plot and your tier duedate will therefore be automatically set to one week AFTER your purchase. Please note that this change does not affect our Full Sim/ Island, Adult Land and Double Prim Land Sales where we do have an upfront price while we are giving free weeks tier upon purchase.
