Over the past week, we have been reviewing our Homestead (3,750 prim sims) line of business which remains one of the strongest and healthiest on SL. As such, we have decided to make the foll. changes:
- Tier for all our Homesteads has been standardised to L$8,060/week. If you bought a Homestead from FANTASYLAND after Jan 5, 2009 and was being charged L$8,480/week tier, your tier has now been lowered to L$8,060/week. In case your tier was paid in advance, your duedate has also been updated according to the new lower tier.
- In case you sell your Homestead anytime, the new owner will be charged the standardised tier of L$8,060/week.
- New Homesteads ordered from us (you can choose the name and location you want for the sim) will be billed at our standardised L$8,060/week tier. Homesteads can be ordered here.
- Rental fee for all FANTASYLAND Luxury Residential plots has been standardised to L$1,980/week for 4,096sqm and L$3,800/week for 8,192sqm. If you rented one of our plots after Jan 5, 2009 and was being charged L$2,295/week (for 4,096sqm) or L$4,430/week (for 8,192sqm) rental fee, your rental fee has now been lowered to L$1,980/week or L$3,800/week respectively. In case your rental was paid in advance, your duedate has also been updated according to the new lower rental fee.
- We have already set all our available rental plots at the new standardised rental rates in-world. The full list of our vacant rental plots can be found here.
