As you know, the tier for Homesteads (3750 prim sims) brought up after June 30th will bear a 31.6% tier increase. You therefore sill have a little more than 24 hours to grab your own island at the current lower tier of L$8480/week and continue paying this tier after June 30th. Just to make it clear, all those of you who already own a homestead from us will continue paying the same tier after June 30th. There will be no tier increase for existing sims.
